Advertising Royalty: 50% of the Net Advertising Revenue attributable to the Member, where “Net Advertising Revenue” means the gross revenues collected by GTV for Advertising in the Member’s store(s), less 66% of gross to account for GTV’s operating costs. Revenues received by GTV from Advertising sold by Wholesaler or its affiliated entities, including trade/marketing groups, are considered ad serving fees and are excluded from the calculation of the Advertising Royalty.
Fees for GTV Services: Fees for GTV Services to Members are as follows. A Member selects its GTV Services pursuant to its Member Agreement. Terms below are defined in the Member TOS:
